At present we only sell digital products on our website. Digital goods are exempt from being refunded as they are electronically sent upon purchase.
If you would like a refund for a coaching service that you have booked but have not utilised we are able to refund you the full amount, providing that you have not utilised the service.
If you have utilised a coaching service and would like a refund after utilising the service a refund may not be granted as you have utilised the service, this is entirely at our discretion.
If you have subscribed to a coaching plan and have utilised products or services from the plan unfortunately, we will not be able to grant you a refund as you have utilised the products or services again this is at our discretion.
For any physical products purchased our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days has passed since you made your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return we require proof of a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds on physical products:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 working days of us confirming receipt, first check your bank account then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
